Statutory Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of contract formation.

Expiry of Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

For digital content not delivered on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires pursuant to § 356 para. 5 BGB when:

• the provider has begun performance, and
• the buyer has expressly agreed that performance begins before expiry of the withdrawal period, and
• the buyer has confirmed their knowledge that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

This consent is obtained during the checkout process. Without this consent, the download link will not be released.
